I've got an interesting problem with the collated file format. I am using the hostCollated file format, which produces the following folder structure when using 2 4 core workstations, for example:

Code:
processors8
processors8_0-3
processors8_4-7
This particular case has ~1M cells. But when working on a single workstation, if I run say checkMesh, I get output which is missing zones and patches, and only has ~5000 cells. Any ideas how I might work with this case interactively on a single machine?
