Hello all.
I would like to know some methods to convert mesh structure. I know how to convert mesh file made by pointwise (*.pw) to mesh file which are suitable for OpenFoam or Ansys Fluent(Export - CAE) Is it possible to process reversely?? That is, can I convert mesh files made by Gambit (*.dbs) to pointwise (*.pw) Thanks all. |

You cannot specifically convert a Gambit grid to a Pointwise grid.
However, you can import (convert) many other grid formats into Pointwise using the File > Import > Grid... menu. In the list of supported types can be viewed in the File Import dialog's file type drop-list (see attached image). |
