I use extrude normal command to obtain the grid near the outer circular, but how to obtain the H grid in the center part.

you should make a square inside and connect it to where you splitted your circle

but the script can not generate the mesh for the center square part . i do not know how to repair it.

The script David linked to creates the entire O-H topology which includes the center square part. Simply execute the script and select the four connectors defining the circle.
