how to draw H grid in a circular.

Dear friends:
I use extrude normal command to obtain the grid near the outer circular, but how to obtain the H grid in the center part. |

The script David linked to creates the entire O-H topology which includes the center square part. Simply execute the script and select the four connectors defining the circle.
