Hello guys.
I am generating a mesh using pointwise, and here I got the problem. I am trying to use sliding mesh method, and so I am generating two different part with common interface. I already have created one stationary part, and is it possible for me to copy the interface of the stationary mesh and paste it to the new file? If it is possible, It will reduce generation time I guess. Thank you so much in advance. |

Yes.
Q.E.D. Also, FYI... You can build both parts (stationary and sliding) in the same PW file. Doing this has the advantage of being able to regenerate all the blocks (if needed) at the same time and maintain a common, point-matched interface. Be sure to set the BCs appropriately before exporting (CAE, Set Boundary Conditions...). To export:
