I am honored to be able to use this CFD model as my research tool and I think it is a very powerful tool and allows me to express my gratitude to the developers.
In recent work, we plan to study scour around the bridge in a given topography. I noticed a similar post where someone suggested using F in DIVEMESH, and I was wondering if G10 1 in DiveMESH and G50 1 in REEF3D would have the same effect in three dimensional topography. (F commands don't seem to meet our needs. )
Another problem is that since the parameter S57 is a variable for us, how to use S57 as the mud surface on the curved terrain.
I would be grateful if anyone could help me with these two questions. Here are my control files. The version of my program is 220419

I'd recommend to updated REEF3D to its latest release if possible. In its latest releases both F in DIVEMesh and G50 in REEF3D do no longer exist.
Regarding your other question, do you want to cover your terrain with a layer of mud? If so, I don't know how that would work currently. The sediment is currently treated as uniform. You could add a non-erodible solid under your topo, but I think that is it.

In the newest version 2403, Case 10_13 Shoaling over Irregular Bathymetry still exist the command G 50 1. This makes me suspect that the G50 has been available as a hide command.
As for my second problem specifically, I want the black dots (generated by geo.dat as shown in the figure) below to be considered mud. It's a shame if that doesn't happen.

The tutorial is apparently a bit outdated. There is no G50 in the code anymore.

If you are fine with the entire bed being composed of mud, that is possible. If you remove S57, everything below your geo.dat surface should be considered as topography and therefore be erodible mud.
Also why are you using B20 1? I would expect no-slip for velocities.
And you don't have to use a floating body for your bridge. You can use S1 to read in a .stl for your bridge in DIVEMesh. I have never tried it personally, so it might not work as hoped.

I understand your answer, removing S57 still means that the current topography can be (considered mud) deformable. In addition, thank you for your guidance on other aspects
