Hi there,
Sorry if I have missed something stupid, I am new to this. I am trying to run tutorial 9.14 on a cluster and it exits with "signal 9 (Killed)". So I try to run it on my W11 PC using WSL/Ubuntu, and although I've successfully run other tutorials, it also fails here with "signal 9 (Killed)". I googled and the only information seemed to point to a memory issue. The cluster has 256 Gb per node, and I have 16 Gb at home. I read that these tutorials ought to be runnable on a desktop PC, so I doubt memory is the issue anyway, but that's where I'm up to. Thanks in advance for any assistance! |

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, there is a legacy command in the control.txt in this tutorial, kindly change the O 33 command line to S 33, and then it should work. You are also welcome to use G 3 1 in ctrl.txt as an additional command to test out the new force algorithm. Bests, Widar |
