some blocks/elements are collapsed? I just missed...

some blocks/elements are collapsed? I just missed the point! May be you have some duplicate thin block! Can you show the blocking and those cell/blocks?

Yes it can be done. Run/fix block > fix inverted...

Yes it can be done. Run/fix block > fix inverted blocks or you can use traditional method: blocking > edit block > Change block I,J,K
