What is the reason for the below error when I load the udf in fluent? 'D:\env.bat'

It's looking for env.bat file in that location....

It's looking for env.bat file in that location. Regardless env.bat shouldn't even be in that location. You likely are missing something in your PATH which in layman's terms means something is not...
