Highly untested for mixed (quad/tri) elements but...

Highly untested for mixed (quad/tri) elements but it seems to work now with tri elements as well.

Good afternoon.

I'm trying to translate a 2D cgns file to ASCII format.

I wrote the code below that is working fine for QUAD elements. Now I am trying to validate it for tri and mixed elements....
