Spalart-Allmaras has been beta for a while....

Spalart-Allmaras has been beta for a while. Likely not fully tested for all configurations by Ansys 2021R2.

Do you have access to Ansys 2024R1, or 2023R2? Possible someone else already reported...

If you are running in parallel, likely a defect...

If you are running in parallel, likely a defect where the simulation is "locked".

You can try running it in serial, and see if it passes that point. You decide how to run after that.
