Provided you make a tet/prism-mesh, you should go...

Provided you make a tet/prism-mesh, you should go to Mesh > Part Mesh Setup.
There, on the right hand side, you should tell ICEM that your Geometrical Surface is an Internal wall, or a Split wall....
