Hi all,
I am new to STAR CCM+ and trying out simple problems to work with the software. I had tried to simulate flow past a cylinder in a fluid domain. For mesh models i had used surface remesher, prism layer and trimmer. I got good results when compared to ref papers. I tried to change the meshing and use polyhedral but now the volumetric control does not work. I have tried to change the values but still unsuccessful. Can anyone please tell me why i am not able to generate volumetric control in polyhedral. I have done everything as the manual says. Please advice if you know.
