Hey guys, I need some help! I'm new to Star CCM+ and Im modeling a counter flow heat exchanger with water at 80C on the top and 15C on the bottom separated by a 2mm thick aluminium plate. What is the best way to monitor the output temperature (I have been using surface average but do not know how accurate this is)

A mass flow averaged report would be more accurate than the surface average.
