solution crashed after 5000 inetrations

Hello All,
Analyzing co-rotating disc compressible turbulent flow. Solution suddenly crashed, kindly see attached mesh and residual history. Kindly suggest what could be the reason.

I don't really know what your geometry looks like, can you provide more images?
That mesh looks like it has some problems though. Only two cells in that gap and a lot of collapsed prisms on that small feature. |

Yeah, your mesh doesn't look adequate for this. You should refine that gap, improve the prism mesh, and add more cells between the plates. The thin mesher would be a good choice here. Alternatively since you have an easy geometry you could do a directed mesh, which would be very efficient.
