Hi all,
I am looking for guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue. Star CCM+ installer supposedly installs the program successfully. When I open the program and attempt to open a newsimulation, after putting in my POD key etc. I get the message "cannot load client native libraries..." as seen in first photo. The output window states that the license has been checked out successfully. Software version is 12.02.011 and the license POD key is newly issued. image 1&2 appear after attempting to load a new simulation, pictures 3,4&5 appear after attempting to open the CAD module. I have redownloaded and reinstalled several times with no success. I have tried install older software versions with no success. I have disabled, and then uninstalled anti virus, again with no success. I have updated as well as reinstalling Java also, no success. I have downloaded and installed on a friends laptop and it worked perfectly. Please advise as to how I should proceed in solving this issue? Many thanks, Mike |
