Hi,
I have installed Star CCM+ on my PC using the license file granted to me and proceeded to open a New session, when I see the following error message: "This version of the code requires license version 2018.02 or greater. Licensing problem: Unable to find a path to any license file or license server. Please create the CDLMD_LICENSE_FILE environment variable and point it to the license server. FLEXnet error: (-1,359)" I have tried the following, but no luck. (My license file says I have a Power license). 1. Tried to add Environment Variables -Click New icon in System Variables. -Write "CDLMD_LICENSE_FILE" in Variable name -Write "1999@servername" in Variable value 2.Also in System Variables click New icon. -Write "CDLMD_LICENSE_PATH" in Variable name. -Copy path of my license file in Variable value. Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Thanks! |

Check with CD-Adapco to check whether your license is Power or normal one
