I'm trying to define the Time Averaged Wall Shear Stress (TAWSS) as a report. I followed the work done in this thesis that was referenced on the Siemens website to calculate the TAWSS.
https://mdx2.plm.automation.siemens...._0.7.06.14.pdf Basically, on page 43 of the thesis, the author defines the time averaged wall shear stress equation and he says to use the field mean monitor to calculate it. I was able to do that however, I want to represent the TAWSS in a scalar scene, so how do I use the field mean monitor as an input to a report? |

I found out that after creating the field mean monitor and defining the input parts and function, Star-ccm creates a field function based on that monitor in the tools section. Using that field function I was able to create a surface average report to represent the time averaged wall shear stress.
