hello everyone
what does Iso-Surface mean in tecplot?what does it show?
Is there anyone who knows how they plot these vortical structures in double bends?

For plotting vortical structures there are several ways you can use:

Vorticity, Lambda2 and Q-Criteron are the most common ones. Search on Wikipedia for more information.

Just choose those parameters on isosurface with an adequate isovalue until you can see the vortices you expect.
