The Department of Civil Engineering at the Florida International University 
(Miami, Florida) is looking for two fully-funded PhD student positions on CFD 
modeling of Urban Heat Island and Hydraulic Structures using preferably OpenFOAM. 
The Florida International University (FIU) Wall of Wind (WOW) is the United 
States' only university-based full-scale simulator capable of producing Category 5 
hurricane winds (157+ mph). Please send your CV and a PDF of your most relevant
