Software Team Lead/Scrum Master
We are looking for a Software Team Lead/Scrum Master to oversee and coordinate 
the work of the team. We work in an Agile Framework, with 3 week Iterations 
(Sprints) and there is significant work to manage the throughput of work through 
the team. The candidate would benefit from a solid grounding in software 
application development, and development infrastructure & process. This role 
would be suitable to someone with a strong background in software development, 
leading a team, and comfortable with complex engineering software. The Team Lead 
/ Scrum 
Master is a servant-leader, tasked with breaking down features defined by the 
product management team, removing obstacles for the development team, 
interfacing with proxy customers (engineers) and reporting progress to 
management. Depending on experience, this role could also involve line 
management responsibilities.

Role details
Central London based (with options for some remote working)
Coordination of development activities in an Agile Environment
Responsible for the ultimate delivery of regular software releases
Working with developers and testers to breakdown features into User Stories, 
schedule work, remove obstacles, facilitate more efficient working and reporting 
to management
Working closely with Proxy Customers and Testers to understand/improve product 
quality
 
Skills & Experience required
Degree Qualified - Engineering / Software Engineering
Significant experience in developing/testing/coordinating software development
Practical knowledge/experience working in an Agile environment
Strong organizational and process skills
Strong interpersonal skills - able to interface well with Management and 
Developers alike
 
Desirable skills
Experience with Simulation, CAE or CAD generation
Experience with Python and CI/CD systems
