Esgee Technologies Inc. is excited to announce the release of OverViz Simulation Suite v2.2. OverViz is a validated multiphysics tool suite that provides industry leading plasma-fluid-electromagnetics-particle simulations.
OverViz 2.2 includes the first release of VizGrain with full integration into the OverViz framework, enabling macro-particle dynamics with hybrid plasma-fluid-electromagnetics simulations. VizGrain provides enhanced particle modeling, new Direct Simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC) modeling of particle dynamics, dust particle charge-up, boundary surface charging, chemistry reactions with particle-particle collisions and particle-fluid background collisions, particle forces from thermophoresis, Ion drag, and Brownian motion.
Other key new features include a new robust, compressible flow solver applicable across wide range of Mach numbers, improved speed and accuracy of time domain electromagnetic simulations, up to a 10X speed-up in mesh import times for large meshes, and a new nonlinear solver to improve accuracy and robustness of convergence on complex meshes.
OverViz also provides scalable, parallel simulations, an expansive library of finite-rate chemistries and equilibrium thermodynamics, moving body dynamics, robust solver technology, customer user functions, and much more to aid in solving complex multiphysics problems.
OverViz Simulation Suite serves a wide range of industrial applications including semiconductor manufacturing, solar cell and flat panel manufacturing, lighting and display, automotive, aerospace/defense, and electrical devices. We work closely with customers worldwide to help them analyze, understand, and design complex and novel equipment, devices, and processes.
