I would like to address this question to Vangelis (who knows this better than him?)
Is there an adoptive mesh functionality (based on results - be it gradients or any other user defined parameters) in ANSA? Thanks Ted |

No directly I would say.
What you could do, is the following: Extract Isosurfaces of the areas that need refinement output them from the solver in say nastran format and Input them in ANSA to see where the mesh needs refinement. Then you can probably create manually some Size Boxes that are located in these areas in order to refine the volume mesh there. |
