[ANSYS Meshing] Difficulties importing *.igs file into ICEM -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

davidwilcox Senior Member david Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 142 Rep Power: 13	Hello, I am trying to import an .igs file into ANSYS ICEM. It is a huge file for an igs extension (300 Mb). As I attempted to do this, ICEM always ended up not responding. It worked with a small igs file (400 Kb) but ICEM hangs everytime I load the huge igs file. I dont think it is a memory issue because I have 64 Gb of ram. Can anybody help?
