Blade Edge Mesh Improvement

I have successfully reduced the yplus values all over to near 1. But just at the blade edges, in a very narrow band, I have yplus values over 500. I don't see a way to target and refine these. I'm sure there must be. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

It's a bit tricky since it is in-development company property. It is a torque converter, and there is a limited amount of space between the turbine leading edge and the start of that turbine domain. The turbulence generated there is large at it is a small but blunt edge. Turbogrid also does seem to provide any control for that specific area.
