[ICEM] Index Control Window

I just want to know if somebody knows how can put the index control windows like picture 1 and not like picture 2.
Sometimes I had wondered it but I had never given it importance.

it happens if your lower right part of the screen is already taken by the histogram of the quality for example. it has no choice but to pop-up as window... still i have no idea how to put it back there, even after clearing the histogram

I think I got it.

Imagining. You check your pre-mesh quality histogram. Now, you want your index control windows as always. The only you have to do is:

1º- Click "check".

2º - Click "done".

And now you can press hotkey "i" or click in blocking -> index control and you will have you index control windows in the lower right part!
