Hello,

I am making this 3D mesh in the ICEM and having problem after exporting the fluent file.
Its giving unusual line after exporting it to fluent. And i am getting the problem when the jet reaches that line it diverges.....

Please can any one help what is the problem with the mesh.
And PS i need tetra meshing with prism layer as required by my thesis.

Regards,

Smaras

those are not lines belonging to the mesh. you are running fluent in parallel mode. therefore it divides your domain depending on how many core you specified. run fluent in serial and you won't see those lines...

Shukran Ali for clearing

But still my problem is not solved cuz i am getting the divergence a line just above the interface. Is there any problem with the mesh density with the mesh????

check your boundary conditions, try a different solver method. reduce under-relaxation factor. Can you share the project ? so we can take look at the mesh ...
