[ICEM] mesh check failed

Hi everyone,
i have built a mesh on icem 14, when i exoprt the mesh in fluent and i try to do the check, it fails. The problem is that there are some faces with too small area, and there are elements with the minimum Orthogonal Quality below 0.01.
Please, help me
