Hybrid mesh..

Hi all
im new to icem cfd as per the tutorial i made the hybrid mesh for a cylinder
now i tried for a single turbine blade b ut im getting prob here
1.i made unstructured mesh only for the blade...i saved it
2. I made hexa mesh only for domain...
3.now i loaded the uns mesh there and then i gave merge mesh...
4.now the prob comes after this
as per tutorial i gave merge both mesh which is available in edit mesh...once i do tat im getting negative elements....help me with this error.,whenever i give merge both uns and hexa in hybrid mesh shows negative elements.. Help me ...
