2D Centrifugal pump with ICEM

Hi,
I am trying to do a 2D hexa mesh of a centrifugal pump with ICEM, but due to its blade geometry i am finding it very hard to get the blocking right, in some places the mesh overlaps and covers the blades, also i find it hard to get a smooth size distribution. This is my first time with ICEM and before this I have only made the tutorials, so I would appreciate some help. Thank you, Stewie PD: here are some pictures of the impeller |
