Hi

I have to do a mesh in ICEM-CFD. I have attached it here. It will have two zones; one is porous and another is Fluid. I have already done the mesh and exported in Fluent but when I check it I get error: Sigment violation. It looks problems in the interface.

It will be a great help if you can give me advice how to improve it.

The geometry of the setup looks alright. Make sure you naming conventions are correct. FLUENT will assume a boundary condition, which is not good if you have it labeled like the name of the boundary condition. If you are still having problems, can you attach an image of a cut plan through the middle (lengthwise) of the volume mesh and an image of just the shell elements between the two zone?

The problem is solved now. Actually, I made a mistake in faces at the outlet. Thanks for your help and advice
