Can I generate Prism in T grid, taking Volume mesh from ICEM?

I choosed solver setup options in ICEM to "T grid" and Common structure solver "ANSYS". But when I generate prism layers in T grid. I receive following error.

"Tgrid received signal SIGSEGV (Segmenetation Violation)"

Please help
