[ANSYS Meshing] SHIP MESHING * using ansys WORKBENCH or ICEM CFD

Hello Everyone, i am a beginner in using Ansys Workbench . My project is on simulating a ship which involve multi-phase (air& water). I've searched on the internet that most of ships simulation needs to be meshed using ICEM or Gambit. Since i am still new in using this software,i have a few questions :

1. May i know the difference between meshing this ship using the mesh in WORKBENCH and meshing in ICEM?
2. Is it necessary to use ICEM for this kind of simulation ( ship -->multiphase)?
3. Does meshing a ship has it special/proper way on its own in order to mesh it?

4. i am trying to simulate the ship which include waves but it seemed that my previous simulation didn't work. can't even see the wave. Simulation was did using ANSYS FLuent taking "Heave and Pitch Simulation of Ship hull moving through head sea waves" as my reference. but simulation was did on my model as shown in the attachment (figure A,B and C)

i am wondering if anyone can help me on this, have been stuck doing this project for weeks and it would be very helpful if anyone can share me a tutorial on how to mesh a ship using ICEM as shown in figure 1. i'd been searching on the web on tutorials in meshing the ship using ICEM but i couldn't find any. Thank you.

icem gives you more control which is not needed in most of the cases. so just use ansys meshing forget ICEM if it is a school project.
