Hi guys,

I am trying to mesh geometry of pressure swirl atomizer. But I am getting errors while doing it. I searched various threads but still I am not able to fix this problem.
Errors I got-

1) The following surfaces may intersect other surfaces in the model, Please mesh with a larger element size, use virtual topology or correct CAD geometry.

2) A mesh could not be generated using the current meshing options and settings. Hint: The problem geometry areas might have been highlighted. Switching to wireframe mode may make them more visible.

I have used share topology function also. But still I am getting this errors. I am attaching the iges format.

try to chose a larger size for the minimum size of elements and see what changes .
I tried to mesh the model using Ansys meshing but it doesn't work.I ran a topology using ICEM-CFD and it brought a lot of mistakes in the geometry probably you should go back to CAD and try to rebuild your model then import it to your meshing software as IGES or Parasolid file (x_t).

Thank you very much Nader for Quick reply.
As you said I went back to CAD model and made the geometry in a single huge part.
Now I am not getting any error with a very fine mesh.
