GregCFD is on a distinguished road
I am using the Student release of ANSYS 16.2 and I can't deselect any objects (faces, lines, bodies etc) in either mesher or DesignModeller. I've tested the keyboard and mouse on a different computer and everything works fine, also 'Ctrl' + clicking works fine for selecting multiple objects so I guessing it's not a hardware issue. Hopefully I've accidentally toggled on an option somewhere but I can't find a reference to it anywhere.

Edit: I locked my computer and left it for a an hour or so and when I came back the problem seems to have resolved it self, if you know why it happens I would still love to know just in case it happens again.
