Difference between single enclosure and multi enclosure for propeller analysis

Hi all,
can anyone help me by saying what are the differences between creating a single enclosure to a propeller and going for automatic meshing and creating multi-domains(main and sub) and doing a boolean operation for propeller and subdomain and then going for meshing????
Will there be any difference in the solution or meshing quality???
