Default ICEM Mesh Wall Refinement

I am using ICEM to mesh an external flow and I wanted to find out how I can turn off the mesh refinement at the walls. As I am using a pressure outlet boundary condition and these nodes are wasted as there is no need to resolve the boundary layer at these surfaces.
