Hi everyone,
I am trying to make random packed bed of spheres from coordinate points. I’ve made the deposition of the spheres inside a tube in EDEM (as seen in the first figure). However, my EDEM version (v.2.5.1) isn’t compatible with ANSYS FLUENT 2.7, hence the structure can’t be directly incorporated in ANSYS. I decided to export the coordinate points (namely center of each particle) instead. The points are shown in the attached txt file and I export the txt file to DesignModeler (as seen in the second figure). Here’s where I run into trouble. I can’t turn the points into spheres that I intend to. Is there any way to make the spheres out of the points in DM? Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Anthony
