ANSYS 18.0 inflation problem

So, whenever I want to make an inflation layer, ANSYS 18.0 is selecting edges instead of the faces. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it?

inflation is done by selecting Face as geometry and Edge as boundary
are you saying that you are not able to select face in geometry? did you try changing picking tool from edge to face? |
