Urgent meshing error for gambit

l'm using gambit 2.4 to conduct Meshing for city level for UHI effect got problem in meshing, there always be some faces and ground can not be meshed.
the error data shows below ERROR: the face could not be meshed Failed to project bn5 bn6 (boundary-edge-2) onto face appriciated if anyone can help cause really urgent.
