Hi,

I got this when meshing in ansys workbench-Patch-conforming tetrahedron mesh failed because of duplicated nodes in boundary mesh. Can anyone help about why I am getting this error and how to bypass it?

I have the same problem when I try to mesh an enclosure of a horizontal axis wind turbine
When I click show problematic geometry it gives me a node at the boundary of the inlet of my cylindrical enclosure

Can anyone help

Try decreasing max face size in the sizing function
That solved the problem for me

Hi. I have tried to mesh a propeller in a rotating domain. I have this problem where the mesh failed because of the duplicated faces in the boundary mesh. I have mesh the single propeller without the domain and it succeed. But when I mesh together with the domain, I got this error. Can somebody help me with this?

I have attached the propeller file and propeller with rotating file in igs format.
