But I wanted you take a look at the quality of the mesh as well, anyway, here is the file

CylinderSector.zip

It is nice of you to take your time looking at this, Thanks

why?
I have compressed it to reduce it's size.
It's a .zip file
you should first uncompress it

sending it to my email will not change anything
your journal file is almost empty, so I cannot rebuild your model.
Anyway the checkMesh in OF will give tell you if your mesh has good quality (or not)

Ok, thanks I'll do that.
I have another question
I want to use cyclic boundary condition in OF for front and back faces but as I see there isn't such a boundary condition in Gambit!
what should I do?

Also I have attached the right files for .jou and . trn:

Gambit.zip

I will check it tomorrow (have to go)
For the front and Back Faces, there are plenty of threads on the forum

I still cannot recreate your model with mesh and BC, but at least I got the geometry.
I could mesh it with hexa, and max skewed element 0.7
I didn't applied any BC, and I remembered you have to link mesh of surfaces which will be assigned to periodic.

Hello dear Maxime,
1- I have exported the mesh without axis boundary to openfoam then I run createPatch command to change the FRONT and BACK boundary type to cyclic after this some .obj files were created in the main folder! also a folder named 1e-06. Can you tell me what are these .obj files for? Is there any error that they were created? Here is the image:

2-I appreciate your time, looking at my case. What are the difference between your file (uploaded) and mine? What are the changes in your file?

I only meshed the geometry (without any BC)

Regarding OF, I assume you have one of the newest version. I stopped to work with it for 5 years ago, and I was on version 1.5
So I think it has beed some modifications.
So I cannot help you with *.obj.
"1e-6 "folder should be the initialization folder, although it was called "0" under version 1.5

Then have you linked mesh of surfaces which will be assigned to cyclic?
Yes I'm using OF 4.1. There is still 0 folder and the 1e-06 is an extra folder that was created after running createPatch, but when I had run createPatch -overwrite command this folder was not created but still .obj files were created!
There is a topic in the forum about this subject:

createPatch: dumped objects

But I can't get the answer to my question, that are these files normal or they had been created due some errors?!

No I didn't linked both surface meshes.
I assume that the linking process is only required if you will solve with fluent.

I cannot help you with 4.1, since I don't know what new is.
I would simply try to run the case. You will quicky see if there is any error
