Hi.... How to refine a mesh towards the centre of a solid? Can anyone help me?

If you are making a structured mesh you can configure the mesh law. You can for instance set it to "linear", and make the mesh finer towards the middle that way.
For an unstructured mesh, you could configure the global mesh setup such that the "global element seed size" is fine, and then make the mesh more coarse towards the outer surfaces through the "part mesh setup". Edit: It appear that I read your post a bit too quickly. My post applies to ICEM CFD. |

It depends if there is any geometry in the region you want to have the refined mesh. If there is no geometry create some in, say, DesignModeler and use that as a Body of Influence in Meshing. But you will need an advanced size function to be active in the mesh global settings, e.g. curvature.
