Uncomplete prism layer extrusion

Hi everybody,

I'm currently dealing with meshing a quite complex geometry characterized by large external surfaces using ICEM.

The problem I've encountered is the uncomplete developpement of the prism layer along the external surface edge; does anybody has an idea about why it happens, what it may be due to, and how to try to fix it?
