Prism mesh problem for a tube in another tube

Hi all,
In a geometry where a curved tube is entering another tube, I have hard time generating the prism layer. It is 3D mesh and I put here the cross-section. Please note the mesh in front of tube on the left.  https://www.dropbox.com/s/xihx4hsc4k...ture5.PNG?dl=0 Thanks |
