[ANSYS Meshing] Bad Mesh Orthogonality at Diameter change

Hello everybody,

I have the following problem:

The geometry I try to mesh, has an abrupt change in tube diameter (once from large diameter to small and once from small to large diameter). At both positions I get elements with bad Orthogonal Quality. One transition (from large to small diameter) is shown in the picture

My question: With what tool/function can I improve that? The goal is to not change the geometry?

Don't want to be rude or hurry anybody, but why do I not get any answer? Is my question unclear or stupid? Is it even possible to get a smaller mesh orthogonality at an 90 degree edge like this?
