How can I start learning 2D meshing and how can make sure that I have achieved minimum amount of discritozation error while meshing ? If there is any book or blog to which I can refer for the same?

Would suggest to look at these concepts
- mesh statistics (orthogonal quality, element skewness),
- thickness of boundary layer
- mesh convergence plot (H-plot)
