Dear all,
I need to do terrain CFD modeling. Could you please help with importing terrain into ANSYS Fluent? It would be advisable for me if this can be done in a DesignModeler, as I have experience only with it, but if this is not possible, then SpaceClaim will be also ok. I learned how to extract a piece of terrain using the free Blender software. Could you please help with the the importing algorithm step by step? 1) In what format should I extract the file? Stl, ply, x3D, obj or another? 2) After importing, how to build computational domain (box) around the necessary area? An example of extracted terrain files and an example of what I need to get, I attach in the files. Thank you in advance! Any advice would be very helpful to me |
