[ICEM] Airfoil meshing

Dear friends,
How can i solve this curvature in meshing of NACA 0012 closed TE and disappearance of vertical lines of the cells in the triangular blocks in the images

Did you follow the guide in these 3 part series on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYrbScUH9RE. Highly recommend ICEM User's watch these because there are so many questions posted here about meshing for aerofoil simulations.

I have applied the steps on my case and the mesh looks well.
but, i found some errors while checking quality of the mesh and i did smoothing three times.
These are all what i face now, and the mesh can't be transported to FLUENT

The element size transition in the streamwise direction at the trailing edge is far too high. Aim for less than 20%. Likewise for the elements in the hexa block at the leading edge.

Ireduced the cells' size to improve aspect ratio and the quality, but i still facing the problem of uncovered faces and single edges around the airfoil.
