[ANSYS Meshing] Cannot Select boundary in Inflation during Meshing

Exclamation Cannot Select boundary in Inflation during Meshing

I created a 3D mesh for a car. I need to create inflation layers. I can select the body but I cannot seem to select the car face. When I click and select the car nothing happens. You can see the geometry below. Kindly someone help me. I really need to get this done asap.
