[ANSYS Meshing] Mesh folding in on itself

exm5360 is on a distinguished road
I'm running into an issue where I set up the mesh and the CFX runs but when I run the turbo report in CFD-Post, the turbo initialization view shows that the mesh has been twisted and folded in on itself. What would I be doing wrong?
